Le v\u00e9lo avec les portes bagages : 17 kg.\u00a0Soit un total de 42 kg sans la nourriture et l&rsquo;eau.\u00a0L&rsquo;organisation de mes sacoches est la suivante :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sacoches avant<\/span> : alimentation, popote, r\u00e9chaud, outils et pi\u00e8ces de r\u00e9paration pour le v\u00e9lo.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sacoches arri\u00e8re<\/span> : v\u00eatements, mat\u00e9riels \u00e9lectroniques, affaire de toilette, affaires de couchage, pharmacie, guides et cartes.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sacoches guidon<\/span> : carte, appareil photo, GPS, batteries, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, carnet de notes et crayon.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sac arri\u00e9r\u00e9<\/span> : tente, tapis de sol et affaires de pluie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant ce d\u00e9part, j&rsquo;ai consacr\u00e9 un \u00a0mois complet pour finir \u00a0mes pr\u00e9parations pour ce voyage au long cours :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00e9rification de tout mon mat\u00e9riel avec une check-list,<\/li>\n<li>Pesage de toutes mes sacoches,<\/li>\n<li>S&rsquo;exercer \u00e0 la m\u00e9canique v\u00e9lo,<\/li>\n<li>Tester ma nouvelle tente,<\/li>\n<li>Finir les papiers administratifs (banques, imp\u00f4ts, &#8230;),<\/li>\n<li>Finir les vaccins,<\/li>\n<li>Attendre la r\u00e9ception de mon visa Russe (re\u00e7u il y a seulement 3 jours)<\/li>\n<li>Entrainement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En route !<\/p>\n<p>Informations sur la route R1 :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.euroroute-r1.de\/\">http:\/\/www.euroroute-r1.de\/<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.r1-radweginfo.de\/\">http:\/\/www.r1-radweginfo.de\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le grand jour est arriv\u00e9!
